Community Engagement
Community Engagement means working closely with designated stakeholder groups on a project to maximise either collaborative decision making processes, or community participation and contributions in order to enable the successful delivery of project outcomes. Shaneen is a member of the International Association of Public Participation and has specialist Community Engagement expertise on a range of project types. Her understanding of cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary environments enables her to coordinate and facilitate effective community negotiations as well as supporting participatory and inclusive design decision making processes with community groups.
